Cancellations made within this window will receive a refund of any deposit paid. - Late cancellation window ( less than 72 hours): if you cancel within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. - No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full service fee and will no longer be eligible to book future appointments with us.
